Smuggling Out of the USSR

Remember the old Soviet Union?   That one.  That one,   that killed 20 million of its own citizens during "The Great War," against Germany -- and against itself.  That one, that overwhelmed Estonia with such paranoia, greed, and hate, whole entire towns and villages were hauled up into trucks and cattle cars and other unfit transports, deported into the depths of Siberia, to infamous gulags,  thousands and thousands and more thousands altogether.  Thousands died on the Of whom only a few returned, walking the thousands of miles home, still in shock,  in the days after the War had ended.  where you signed a memorandum in your mind, that said, "I will be messed with, messed over, messed up.  I acknowledge that I will be lied to like all the time; and if a Soviet State official's mouth was moving, l am aware that I am being played."   It was also a place where citizens had a deeper respect, understanding, and pure l...
